Shipping options are available at Checkout and will depend upon the destination address and the included products shipping classification. For most orders shipping dimensions, weights and conditions meet the pre-requisites of our preferred logistics supplier, Australia Post and charges for either Parcel or Express Post options will be displayed. Other road freight options will be displayed for your selection and convenience.

Also due to the dimension and weight conditions of these products, surcharges are often applied separately by the freight companies that make it impossible to calculate correct and final shipping charges online. 3. Our goal is to provide cost-effective and reliable shipping of these oversize, bulky or ‘dangerous goods’ products, for both our customers and Parkers Sydney Fine Art Supplies. The method we use, detailed in 3a., has proven to be the most effective way to address the conditional issues applied to shipping charges for these products purchased online.

a. Shipping charges applied at checkout for these product classifications are deemed ‘an estimated initial payment subject to amendment’ and will not be considered a finalised or agreed amount. This amount may be increased or decreased depending on a direct quotation from the freight company.

b. Shipping for these products is handled on a case-by-case basis, separate to checkout calculations. We will contact the customer by phone with an accurate, at-cost, shipping charge, less the amount you have paid at checkout.
