Refined: Especially refined (winterized and bleached) linseed oil. Binding component for oil colours and oil painting mediums; binder for own production of non-white oil colours. (Attention: The natural yellowing tendency of linseed oil cannot be stopped by bleaching!)
Stand Linseed Oil: Pre-polymerized linseed oil obtained by heating. Less yellowing and more elastic than linseed oil; slower drying than linseed oil and linseed oil varnish. Binding component for oil colours and oil painting mediums; binder for own production of non-white oil colours.
Boiled: Linseed oil boiled with oil-soluble siccatives. A little more yellowing than linseed oil and stand linseed oil; dries faster than linseed oil and stand linseed oil. Binding component for oil colours and oil painting mediums; binder for own production of non-white oil and tempera colours.
