Shipping options are available at Checkout and will depend upon the destination address and the included products shipping classification. For most orders shipping dimensions, weights and conditions meet the pre-requisites of our preferred logistics supplier, Australia Post and charges for either Parcel or Express Post options will be displayed. Other road freight options will be displayed for your selection and convenience.
1. Some items that you may purchase, can exceed the dimensions, weight and conditional limits for Australia Post and this option may be excluded from the options displayed. Also due to the dimension and weight conditions of these products, surcharges are often applied separately by the freight companies that make it impossible to calculate correct and final shipping charges online. The following shipping classifications have been applied to these products and will apply at checkout.
a. Bulky or Long Items | Special freight conditions apply beyond the displayed shipping rate as detailed in the Shipping Policy.
b. Dangerous Goods | Special freight conditions apply beyond the displayed shipping rate as detailed in the Shipping Policy.

a. Shipping charges applied at checkout for these product classifications are deemed ‘an estimated initial payment subject to amendment’ and will not be considered a finalised or agreed amount. This amount may be increased or decreased depending on a direct quotation from the freight company.
b. Shipping for these products is handled on a case-by-case basis, separate to checkout calculations. We will contact the customer by phone with an accurate, at-cost, shipping charge, less the amount you have paid at checkout.
